KAISER CALAUTIT
Founder and Managing Director
Kaiser is the Managing Director of PassiHVAC Limited and an Industrial Engineer with more than 40 years of experience in the manufacturing, construction, oil & gas and steel industry working at some of the biggest companies like Toyota Motor Corp., Sumitomo Corp. and Arabian American Oil Company. Kaiser held several management positions and was involved in prestigious projects in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and UAE.
JOHN CALAUTIT
Technical Director
Dr John is the Technical Director of PassiHVAC Limited and an Academic with more than 10 years of experience in research and development at some of the top Universities in the UK and world.

Administration and Finance Director

HAO SUN
Research Director
Hao Sun is the R&D specialist at PassiHVAC Limited, his expertise is in passive cooling technology design and building energy consumption analysis and optimization. With a dedicated focus on passive buildings, low-carbon structures, and sustainable architectural technologies, Hao excels in data analysis using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) techniques and energy consumption simulation software. His proficiency extends to hands-on experience with extensive field experiments and wind tunnel testing. Currently engaged in sustainable energy technology research at two universities in Nottingham.
MURTAZA MOHAMMADI
Research and Development
Murtaza is the R&D specialist at PassiHVAC Limited, with experience in natural ventilation assessment and whole building energy simulation. He is an architect passionate about building a sustainable and low-carbon urban neighbourhood. He has worked as an architect and urban strategist for several organisations before joining the University of Nottingham as a doctoral researcher. In particular, he is an expert on computational modelling and investigation focusing on indoor air quality.
